In Cherry Hill Township, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across New Jersey vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (856) 751-2789. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

He was very respectful and did a great job fixing my car, including the AC and brake pads. Since then, I haven’t had any issues at all. A really nice man who you can trust with your vehicle!

I brought my 2018 Camaro SS to this shop after was referred to this shop by someone | trust and expected a professional experience. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. I brought my 2018 Camaro SS to Chad for rear brakes and Magnetic Ride Control struts because my Pennsylvania inspection deadline was approaching. Over several weeks, I was repeatedly told that different parts were still on order. I received conflicting explanations and had great difficulty getting updates. And my calls were never returned. I could not get a clear answer so I stopped by the shop to ask whether the parts arrived and after ignoring me, he then went to cursed at me repeatedly in front of employees and customers, saying that I call all the time, well he could have answered one time the phone and inform me what was happening but he ignored my needs and then he threatened me. So I immediately left the shop. I understand that businesses can get busy and unexpected problems happen, but there is never an excuse for treating a customer this way or making threats. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. As a customer, I expected honest communication, realistic timelines, and professional treat

Not only is Chad the most honest mechanic around, he’s the most honest business owner around. As a bonus, he and his staff are great mechanics. My family wholeheartedly trusts him and gives him all our business. Thanks, Chad!!

Chad is an honest and reasonable mechanic which is hard to come by. A friend sent me here for a second opinion after receiving an exceptionally high quote to replace my alternator. I saved over a thousand dollars and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I bring my wife and my daughter’s car here now and won’t go anywhere else.

Good place, guys are honest and does a great job on your cars. Prices are fair. They do quality work. I recommend this place. PS, Bathroom is "scary". Lol- but in all fairness, I think the bathroom is meant to be for the workers and not the clients. The guys here are A+ though and you will be happy with their work. I guarantee that!
